Comprehensive Method Guidance: Guide you through trending hair extension techniques, carefully explaining the unique benefits of each. Tailored Recommendations: Provide customized suggestions based on your hair’s thickness, length, and quality to achieve stunning results. To secure your personalized consultation, a deposit of £20 is requested. This deposit acts as a commitment fee and will be deducted from the total cost of your hair extension service if you proceed. Should you choose not to continue after your consultation, the deposit will be promptly refunded. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: All appointments must be scheduled in advance and secured with a £40 deposit to confirm your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the total service cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your appointment. Appointments at your home include an additional £35 transport surcharge. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand plans can change; if you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your £40 deposit. Deposits are transferable if appointments are rescheduled within the allowed notice period. Waitlist Policy: If your desired appointment date is fully booked, join our waitlist to stay informed. Waitlisted clients will be promptly notified by email or text if an earlier slot becomes available. Available appointments from the waitlist are offered on a first-respond, first-served basis.
